Hero Fincorp Ltd. has onboarded ZestMoney to act as a service partner for certain services which include collection of customer's / merchant's KYC document's customer service, technology service and collection (including collection agencies empanelled by ZestMoney). However, approval of the above-mentioned facility / term loan is solely at Hero Fincorp Ltd.’s discretion. ZestMoney is an embedded lending service provider which facilitates unsecured personal loans and consumer Loans in partnership with various digital mobile applications.
Collections:
Hero Fincorp Ltd. or ZestMoney or our representatives may reach out to You to remind You to repay your overdue amounts. These communications will be undertaken mostly through emails, SMS, IVR or tele-calling.
We will first identify ourselves over the phone calls. All calls will be made between 8.00 AM to 7.00 PM and be recorded as per the requirement of the code of conduct stipulated by the Reserve Bank of India.

How to Apply
The process to apply is completely digital and can be done on the mobile phone. Customers can apply for a credit limit on the ZestMoney app or mobile website. After completing their KYC and sharing details like income, bank statements(in some instances) they will get a credit limit that can be used across 10,000 online and 75,000 retail stores across the country. If someone is not approved, they can come back and apply again after a period of 90 days.
