Approval of the above-mentioned facility / term loan is solely at Hero FinCorp Ltd.’s discretion. Collections of borrowers onboarded through the HIPL are undertaken through the Hero Fincorp Collection team(s) and processes under the approved Collection policies of Hero FinCorp Ltd.

Foreclosure Charges
If foreclosed within 6 (Six) months from date of disbursement -Interest on loan amount for 6 (Six) months will be charged.
If foreclosed on and after 6 (Six) months from the date of disbursement – 5.00% on Outstanding Principal
Additional/ Penal Interest - 3% p.m. of overdue EMI (36% p.a. of overdue EMI) pro-rated for the number of days of overdue
