Partnership Overview:


•    Digital Lending Application (“DLA”): Mobikwik App owned by One Mobikwik Systems Limited 
•    Lending Service Provider (“LSP”): Mobikwik Distribution Services Pvt Ltd (https://www.mobikwiklending.com)     
•    Nature of Engagement: Hero FinCorp Ltd. (HFCL) has partnered with Mobikwik Distribution Services Private Limited as a Lending Service Provider (LSP) for offering Unsecured Personal Loan via Mobikwik App. 
•    Nature of Services availed from LSP: Identification of potential Borrowers, customer service, technology service and collection (including collection agencies empanelled by Mobikwik Distribution Services).
