Hero FinCorp Ltd (“Company”). offers Two-Wheeler Loan via Flipkart App. The Company extend Loans to Customers identified and referred by the Flipkart Advanz Pvt. Ltd (“FAPL”)through the Flipkart App (“DLA”), in order to enable them to avail the Loan from the Company purchasing Hero MotoCorp Electric vehicles as per HFCL policy.

Partnership Overview:
• Digital Lending Application (“DLA”): Flipkart App owned by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (DLA)
• Lending Service Provider (“LSP”): Flipkart Advanz Pvt. Ltd (FAPL). (https://www.flipkart.com/)    
• Nature of Engagement: Hero FinCorp Ltd. (HFCL) has partnered with Flipkart Advanz Pvt. Ltd. as a Lending Service Provider (LSP) for offering two-wheeler loans via the Flipkart App.

Hero FinCorp Ltd. manages the complete loan journey including eligibility checks, underwriting, sanctioning, and disbursement.

All lending decisions remain solely under the control of Hero FinCorp Ltd..
