Disbursal must come to your bank account. It must come from the regulated lender. Repay only to the regulated lender’s official account.
Open the KFS before you accept. Check rate, fees, EMI, tenure, and total repayment. Exit if any charge is missing or unclear.
Give consent only for required data. Deny access to contacts, photos, and files. Stop if the app forces extra permissions.
Look for the cooling-off/look-up period. Save the grievance contact details. Report fast if charges or repayment details change.
